We may only be the early part of 2018, but we have plenty of news about our developments and the homes we will be building in new locations.
The first 12 homes at White Lodge Farm in Burton Latimer have completed, and some of our customers were able to enjoy their first Christmas in their new homes. Interest remains strong at this award-winning development of two, three and four-bedroom homes, and we will be releasing more homes for sale in the near future.
The construction of 21 new homes at Welland Fields in Lubenham is well underway. We are building a mix of two to five-bedroom homes in this village located a couple of miles west of Market Harborough, and we will be opening the sales office around Easter time.
At Langdale in Thorpe Langton, we are creating seven stunning homes, designed with the charm of a traditional farmhouse and surrounding farm buildings in mind. The homes will be a mix of two, three and four-bedroom properties on generous plots with views across the Caudles. We anticipate releasing the first homes early in the summer.
Finally, we have recently secured an opportunity to build a small number of two, three, and four-bedroom homes in the Leicestershire village of Swinford. We are currently refining the planning and will release more information as soon as we have more to share,
